Nun scheint es Schlag auf Schlag zu gehen mit den Updates von Nokia. Nach dem erst kürzlich erschienenen kleinen Update des Nokia N900 auf die 1.2009.44-1 ist nun das große Update auf die Version Maemo 5 2.2009.51-1 erhältlich! Das Changelog dazu ist riesig und wird entweder nach dem Break dargestellt oder auf der orig. Seite angezeigt. Das Update selbst erscheint automatisch sobald ihr mit dem N900 online seid.

NEU in dieser Version:

- Browser im Portrait-Modus:  STRG+SHIFT+O (nicht die Null) drücken und danach zuklappen und den Browser im Hochkant-Format genießen!

- Kein MMS

- Keine blaue Funktions-Tasten durch langes drücken der jeweiligen Taste

- Kein Menü welches durch Ordner sortiert werden kann

Fehlermeldung beim Update?

Wer beim Update die Fehlermeldung erhält, dass nicht genügend freier Speicher vorhanden sei, der sollte im Progammmanager die Extra-Kataloge deaktivieren, also “Extras-Testing” und “Extras Devels”, dann sollte es funktionieren.
